Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, including:

  • unused and not damaged after delivery

  • with all original tags, accessories, and packaging where applicable

  • accompanied by the receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase

Please inspect your order on the day of delivery to confirm that the item arrives in acceptable condition and matches your order.

Quality-Related Returns

We accept returns for items with product quality issues, including cases where the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was received.

If you believe there is a quality-related problem, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos if available. After review, our customer service team will advise you on the next steps.

If the return is approved due to a verified product quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller. In such cases, the item must be returned using the shipping carrier or return method designated by us.

Non-Quality Returns

If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction based on subjective factors such as lighter sound or similar non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For approved returns, please use the postal service in your country or region, and the return shipping cost should not exceed US$20 unless otherwise agreed in writing by our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • the item has been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling or misuse

  • the return request is based on subjective reasons such as personal dislike of the lighter sound or other non-quality preferences

  • the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery

  • the item is returned without prior authorization from our customer service team

  • sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, please contact us first to confirm eligibility and instructions. In many cases, the fastest solution is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
